Eugene Cyril Gasparodovitch ("Cyril") was named after one of the characters in a novel that Paul Wilkes wrote, a novel that was never published. He required all the buyers from that litter to name their pups after the people in his novel, and Cyril was the shortest name! Cyril had to be euthanized at 8 1/2 years due to degeneration of the spinal cord. He lived a good life and was much loved.
