Walter, the kidnapped puppy, escaped and ran to another house in the neighborhood and scratched on the door (3:00 am) The next day the people took the dog to the vet and saw the missing poster and our nurse got her puppy back. We are all very excited

what they are doing with the dogs? Selling to labatory to test new medicine! Big money ... poor dogs and cats...

Can't help but fall for picture #1, but also love the action shots (#4). Maybe 1/2 points for each?

Years ago there was this man who shipped dogs/cats for research, but I think he got closed down and went to prison. (God, maybe he's out) I lost a cat during that time (4 in neighborhood in one night - collars left on driveways). I hired a detective and we went down to his place but everything had been shipped. It would kill me if anything happened to Dara so now she is being a couch potato - watching animal planet during the day. We put locks on our gates and I'm thinking about putting a rod iron fense around my front yard with a key lock. Our area is struggling with unemployments, homeless people plus the usual drug addicts. Dara is hesitant toward strangers so I don't think she would go readily. They would also have a hard time getting her over a six foot fense.

I wonder what they are doing with the dogs? Selling them? Or worse? How sad. I would go out of my mind if my dogs were stolen. I guess I should be glad Valika does not like strangers and wont even take treats from people she doesn't know. But Basie would walk off with anyone, especially if they had food. I do keep my dogs indoors when I am not around. I'm more afraid of them getting out of the yard than anyone ever getting in.

Thank you for birthday wishes. Unfortunately there may be a real cruel willa deville driving a mercedes. Three dog knappings (little dogs) with a mercedes involved. Two at grocery stores, one out of a back yard. I do not worry with my sisters border collie. She tries to eat everyone and barks her head off. She also growls if you try and make her get out of the car (unless its her mom or dad) Dara and Rozie are together during the day and we check on them every few hours. Latelly we have been leaving them in the house. (Couch Potatoes). I've been playing Nancy Drew and driving around neighborhoods looking for mercedes and suspicious looking individuals who seem out of place.

Happy birthday Dana. The parade sounds like fun. Tell us all how it goes, especially at the groomers. There should be a good story coming out of that!

Dana, pleas enjoy your birthday. Our congratulation on this way. Will send you a downloadable file, you can print as a flyer. Hug Dara

Tomorrow is my birthday and my present is Dara gets a trip to the groomer. Then we are all going to the beach for a cookout - Hot Dogs in the sand with the dogs at Happy Camp. On the 4th of July the hospital sponsors a "Cat Walk" Fundraiser and walks in the parade. Dara and I are going to walk behind the Cats. I wish I had a Slovakian Flag to Carry. Would like to pass out fliers about Cuvacs Do you have anything I could download?

Is it illegal to vote for a relative? I brought gouda cheese from Amsterdam and it disappeared. Thank God she only got half of it. One of our nurses puppy got stolen out of her backyard last Saturday. 2nd incident in Hillsboro that I know of. We put a lock on all the gates and I'm having nighmares I'm glad she barkes.

Dana, isn't Paris the Daddy of Dara???? HAha.

By Janet USA/Texas on Tue, 23 Jun 2009 16:21:32 GMT
Valika votes for Paris too (#2)! Vali's Cerny koralek heritage swung her vote. But that lamb picture is so sweet! And Halla standing on the rock is so rugged and strong.
